Manage safely the mechanical elements in the loading, unloading, docking, undocking and mooring for optimal performance of the operations. Organise and direct the manoeuvers for shipwrecked search and rescue operations at sea. Execute loading and unloading operations, complying with established safety regulation to control the stability and trim of the ship.
